States Authorized for Direct Shipment – B True Wines is a limited production winery launching the brand and initial wines in early 2023. At the current time, we can only ship to the following States: CA, CO, FL, IL, LA, MI, OK, NC, NY, SC, TX, and WI. This list of States may expand rapidly, and we encourage you to reach out directly to the winery by email or phone for the most current shipping information if you live in a state not listed. If you have subscribed to our mailing list, we will notify you when shipping to your State becomes available.

Shipping Method – All wines will ship UPS Ground unless an expedited shipping method is chosen at check-out.  In the spirit of partnership with our B True community and in recognition of the escalating cost of shipping, we offer reduced rate shipping at a 50% discount for 6+ bottle purchases and free ground shipping on orders of 12+ bottles. Promotions for reduced rate expedited shipping of 6 and 12+ bottle orders may be available seasonally. Please contact us directly for more information. 

Transfer of Ownership – By law, when alcoholic beverages are sold in California, the title passes to you in California as well. You, as the buyer, authorize B True Wines to coordinate with shippers on your behalf and accept all risks related to damage or weather conditions once the shipping company takes possession of your wine. We urge you to monitor weather conditions when placing an order as wine is perishable and temperatures above 75 °F or below 32 °F may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. We will not ship wine from June 1^st through October 15^th without an acknowledgement from you that weather conditions in your area are suitable for the shipping method chosen. B True Wines is not responsible for and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. We will be happy to store your wine until it is safe to ship or you may choose an expedited shipping method or UPS Summer Solutions (seasonal) to reduce the risk of damage.
